Not that this is a surprise to all, but if you used the subsidies to buy Obamacare, you may lose some or all of your 2014 income tax refund.

I think the people most affected are those who really need the subsidy and the insurance and they depend on their annual tax return, using it as a no-interest paying savings account. They are the lower income of the middle class. Make too much to qualify for welfare, yet not enough to live comfortable. So, the government aid to get medical insurance was a good thing -- well, maybe not.

Remember, IRS was given the power to enforce Obamacare.

Obamacare screws those in need of insurance.

When obamacare first was put in law ., my lawyer CPA told me this and I repeated it on ku. A couple of those "know it all" try to tell me that was not in the bill. I knew my CPA/lawyer knew what she was talking about and even knew the yr it would start. Maybe libs should realize by now that Obama lies and they should listen more with their ears and less with their mouths.
