Never could acquire a taste for coffee...my parents always drank it, so I figured it was good. Poured a cup one day and took a taste...yuck...poured in some milk, took a taste, yuck...added sugar, yuck...after a while I had more milk and sugar than coffee, still yuck. Never drank it since.

I didn't start drinking coffee until I was in my 50s. I enjoy my coffee with Italian Sweet Cream and no sugar (so much sugar in this flavored creamer).

I do not REQUIRE coffee in the morning to get started. I often skip my AM coffee completely. I don't drink coffee in the evening because I have always been afraid it would keep me awake, but I did have coffee on the ship every night and it did not interfere with my falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.....I was tired. Now, I guess I can have coffee in the evening if I want it.

I started drinking coffee in the Navy when I was 18 years old and never stopped.

I have to have my coffee first thing in the morning ... if I don't, brace yourself, Emily Lou!

That is how my mom got my kids to drink coffee when they were little. One tablespoon coffee, lots of milk and sugar. So, they wanted more coffee then milk by the time they were 10 or 12. Now they have to have their coffee and we(mom & dad) are not coffee drinkers.

I WANT MY COFFEE!!

Yes, I am being a bear. Just smelling his coffee in the air is killing me. Think I will go outside and clean out the car or something. lol

Love my coffee! I started drinking coffee at a very early age. Coffee with milk and sugar then...just black now, unless really strong and then I add cream.

Oh well, Sprite or water will have to do. YUK! Wait! I could have orange juice and vodka...no caffeine or decaf in that. :)

I used to be a caffeine addict too! It was awful! I'm still not a morning person but when I decided to get healthy I quit all vices, caffeine was a big one. I had a little coffee on our trips over the holidays to keep me driving for 16 hours but aside from that nothing since August. I'm happier now.

GA try the OJ and Vodka :)

I am back! Chemical stress test was not bad at all...just took a long time sitting in between pictures being done. Now I am drinking anything I can with caffeine to get rid of this headache!

Now, to the spine surgeon tomorrow afternoon. Then I hope that is the end of of doctor visits.
