Love beef stew! I made a chicken "stew", yesterday. Had it for leftovers, tonight. Delish! 

I made a batch of fresh cornbread tonight to go with it....ohhhh so yummy!!

Now what to cook tomorrow?? 

I'm putting a corned beef on in the crock pot in the morning before I leave for my rounds. When I get home at 4 or so, the house will smell fantastic. I so love corned beef, cabbage, carrots and red potatoes. Sadly it doesn't last very long here.
