Doing all I can stand! I will sure be glad when the staples are removed next Tuesday- then I can accelerate the exercise and not worry about popping staples out.
Not so great after sitting for 30 minutes after getting home!
Hit the scale at 252 pounds today! Lightest weight since the Marathon days. Played college football at 250#, rose to 350 over the years and slid to 252 currently. Better be careful or I might get skinny. (:-)
Aman - yes to getting back to the club and working it out, but don't over-do the work outs. You are suppose to work back up to your old self, not start off at what you use to do.
I tell my patients to do 5 minutes or less, of each exercise, then build up. You have to re-train you muscles.
